The kasumi diamond sharpener enables you to sharpen even ceramic bladed
knives, which are second only to diamonds in hardness.
The Kasumi Diamond Sharpener is ideal for Kasumi knives, this will
give them an extremely sharp edge. There are 2 wheels inside the
sharpener, one is a ceramic wheel and the other is a diamond wheel.
To
sharpen your knives it is best to use the ceramic wheel first and then
the diamond wheel, this will get your knives a finer finish.
