The Twin Select range of knives are styled on the Five Star range but have a metal
handle. Designed for comfort, the Twin Select knives will appeal to the
contemporary chef.
The blades are made from Henckels stainless
steel. Like all Henckels knives the Twin Select range has the advantage
of utilising the unique ìFriodurî process. This is an ice-hardening
process developed and patented by JA Henckels which involves freezing
the steel used in the manufacturing process to -70 degrees centigrade.
This results in a metal of exceptional hardness and high resistance to
corrosion.
