Global knives are made from the finest Cromova 18 stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell which holds a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. Like the Samurai swords before them each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand. The smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food and dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.
The G-2 Knife has a deep tapered blade and is best used for chopping and slicing all household herbs and vegetables. Razor sharp edges and a comfortable handle combine to make a very popular knife, and is the bigger version of the Global GS-3, which has a 13cm blade.
