Instant Steam means that there is no delay in steam production for milk frothing. Steam is instantly available because the Gaggia Cappuccino X2 has two boilers. One which operates at coffee making temperature and one which operates at steam temperature.
A simple touch on the display electrically raises or lowers the drip tray height. This means that the Gaggia Cappuccino X Two will accommodate both espresso cups and larger mugs at the optimum height to preserve the aroma and crema of your coffee.
'Touch 2 Cappuccino' is a new patented technology which allows the Gaggia Cappuccino X2 to make two cappuccinos or latte at the same time. Milk is stored within a container inside the machine, then drawn up, perfectly frothed and dispensed into your cup fully automatically.
New Ceramic coffee grinder blades ensure a highly precise grind, which allows for perfect dosing. This gives more control over the density and body of your coffee. Ceramic coffee grinder blades also reduce residue left in the cup and are long lasting.
